We love to teach sewing to all levels of skill with fun and individual projects that inspire a lifetime of learning.
The sewing curriculum is built on the idea that sewing is a hands-on learning experience. Skill building sessions are built into each hour of classtime.
Years of teaching sewing to kids and adults helps make sure your learning is centered on needed skills for success.
Class fees are $153.71 for three days of summer sewing camp. Younger kids (ages 7-11) attend from 10 to noon. Older kids (ages 12 and up) attend 1-3pm. Camps run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. Class size is limited to 6 students.

Private classes will be held on Monday and Fridays of the weeks of sewing camp. You may sign up for 8 weeks at the same time or schedule hourly over the summer. Private classes are $35/hour with a $7.50 kit fee per class.

Kathleen has experience teaching kids and adults. Her background includes a chemical engineering degree that doubles as a three dimensional sewing problem solver. She has taught for the American Sewing Guild and the Smocking Arts Guild of America.
Classes are divided into sessions. Usually two sessions in the fall and spring with summer camps only in the summer. Cost per session vary due to number of classes in each session. Average cost is $25/class (all supplies included).
